The lodge is a ran by a highly professional, passionate and dynamic team lead by the General Manager, Jon Martin. Outside the management team all of the staff have been recruited from the surrounding villages and received training in Guludo to provide an exceptional level of service mixed with just a little character!
Lasting memories of Guludo seem to be the staff, never ceasing to charm, entertain and surprise guests. With their warmth, wicked sense of humour and unwaining enthusiasm, guests are made to feel part of the family instantly.
