We are extremely honoured to announce that Guludo Beach Lodge (with Nema) has won a Responsible Tourism Award in the category of "Best for Poverty Reduction".

What does it take to turn a dream into reality? In the case of one eco beach lodge helping to lift a community out of poverty, it took the vision and determination of a young British couple.

Last week Aby Alide and Amy Carter-James very proudly collected the TODO! Award at ITB in Berlin, an International Contest for Socially Responsible Tourism. 

On the 26th March Amy Carter-James (Guludo and Nema co-founder) was selected as one of the Square Mile's 30 Under 30 in their London Talent Awards.
