Guludo's story has travelled far and this month it reached the beautiful shores of Borneo.
Guludo's founder Amy, was invited to the Asian Pacific Ecotourism Conference (APECO) to talk about the potential of tourism's to contribute to communities. Of course, Guludo was used as case study and used to inspire both private and public sectors to unlock the potential within tourism to engage and empower all stakeholders.
The conference was a resounding success and a great step in promoting and using tourism as a tool to protect heritage and biodivisity and promote sustainable development.
APECO is a prestigious ecotourism event in the Asia Pacific where ecotourism industry experts congregate to network and exchange views on ecotourism, conservation, garden heritage, coastal forests, marine life and community based projects.
